Use The Sony Move to Control Your Mouse

Programmer Jacob Pennock combined his love of the Sony Move with his love of Linux, and came up with something fun: he built mouse drivers that let him control his computer with the controller for the Sony Move. Controlling the computer largely involves the use of drawing letters, such as “X” to close a window, and “F” to open Facebook.

Gestures are tracked using a custom library called “hyperglyph,” which lets you record new gestures which are interpreted with a 98% accuracy. While this doesn’t seem like something suited to a desktop machine, if you’ve got your computer hooked up to a big-screen, this could be a match made in heaven.
